Belmont freshman Annelise Doerr began track as a freshman in high school and has loved it ever since.
Doerr competes in many events such as the 200-meter, 400-meter, 4×400-meter relay, and 4×100-meter relay.
The coaching staff on the track team and the atmosphere of the campus drew Doerr to Belmont.
“I really loved the atmosphere and the track coaches,” said Doerr. “I love how everyone around here is super nice and welcoming.”
Doerr is from Fountain Valley, California and is an exercise science major.
Outside of track, Doerr loves to sleep and watch movies.
Doerr can be seen running for the track and field team at events throughout the spring semester.
