PHOTOS: ‘Eight hours at the Boulevard’

8:10 a.m.– Construction continues on Bongo where students are usually enjoying their first cup of coffee for the day.

9:30 a.m.- The Boulevard stays quiet until the later afternoon hours, when the sun is out and the temperature goes up.

10:45 a.m.– Students use the Boulevard to get to their classes or to grab a bite to eat at the Curb Café.

11:00 a.m.– Down by the athletes house, especially on a warm day, many runners and walkers can be seen on the Boulevard. From end to end, Belmont Boulevard is just about 1.5 miles, making it a great place to run in Nashville.

12:15 p.m.– An overhead view of the fountain and the boulevard coming from the Curb Event center.

1:30 p.m.- Little tulip blooms can be found all around campus, but seem to especially accent the walk ways on the boulevard.

2:24 p.m.– The fountain dedicated to former student Adam White is a peaceful meeting place for students or passers-by.

3:00 p.m. The dogwoods on Belmont Boulevard are not to be missed. They brighten up the sometimes-chaotic nature of the road.
