Former Vice President and Tennessee senator Al Gore is coming to campus next month to speak about his new book.
The 2000 presidential candidate will talk with former Newsweek editor and bestselling author Jon Meacham about his new book “The Future” at McAfee Concert Hall on Sat., Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. The event is being held by local bookstore Parnassus Books.
Tickets to the event are $35 and include a copy of Gore’s book. A book signing will take place after the discussion. If there is available seating, general admission tickets that do not include Gore’s book may be sold closer to the event.
