Lightning 100's Live on the Green returns this weekend

Live On The Green is back this weekend for the first time since 2019, and Belmont alum bands Moon Taxi and COIN are set to headline the show.

Live On The Green is an outdoor music festival produced and presented by local radio station WRLT Lightning 100 at Public Square Park.

“1 week until we headline Live On The Green… Can't wait to see y’all there!” Moon Taxi said in an Instagram post.

COIN also promoted its show this weekend with an Instagram post paying homage to its Nashville roots.

The event will showcase emerging musicians alongside well-established acts like Sheryl Crow.

Local vendors will also set up shop at the festival, offering Nashville-based food and beverages.

Favorites such as Loveless Café and the Grilled Cheeserie will make food truck appearances throughout the weekend. View the full list of vendors here.

Although the event is free to the public, VIP passes are available to those seeking a more exclusive experience.

Live On The Green will take place Sept. 1-5.

Moon Taxi will take the stage on Friday at 9:30 p.m. and COIN will perform on Sunday at 9:30 p.m.
