Every place and every building on campus sees a variety of action throughout the day. We at the Vision highlighted the life and stillness of the Lawn for eight hours on Friday, Oct. 4.
10:01 a.m.- Students walk from convos to their classes on a beautiful day.
11:05 a.m. – Although many are in class, the Maddox/Wright field is warmed and ready for an afternoon after classes get out.
12:00 p.m. – Many take the scenic route to classes to enjoy a bit of courtyard beauty.
1:00 p.m. -Wright/Maddox lawn, located outside of the Curb event center, is a great area for students to hang out or walk through during class breaks.
2:10 p.m. – Parents rally to Belmont’s campus because preview day is just around the corner; four-legged friends even got to tag along.
3:09 p.m. – Students take a break from studying Friday afternoon to enjoy slack lining in the sunshine.
4:05 p.m. – Students head to the lawn with their towels and fellow comrades to sunbathe or to just relax in the shade.
5:00 p.m. – The lawn is peaceful except for the footsteps of freshman going in and out of the dorm.
