The Belmont University men’s soccer team defeated the Milwaukee Panthers 2-1 Saturday afternoon, claiming its first conference win and third win of the season.
The Bruins outshot the Panthers 11 to eight and scored twice, thanks to freshman Matteo Bennati and junior Adam Voloder.
The Bruins will be play again in Detroit, Mich. on Saturday Sept. 23 against Detroit Mercy before returning home to take on conference rivals Wright State on Oct. 7.
