It’s that time of year again, the teeter-totter has rocked its way onto Belmont’s campus.
This annual fundraiser, thrown by fraternity Alpha Tau Omega and sorority Alpha Sigma Tau, raises money for ATO’s chapter charity, The Blood: Water Mission, a non-profit that builds wells in third world countries.
The teeter-totter runs for a solid 36 hours. Each ATO and AST member signs up for two shifts of either one hour or a half hour.
Last year the fundraiser raised around $1,500. This year they hope to reach their goal sum of of $2,000.
