As Belmont approaches its benchmark for Vision 2020, university President Dr. Bob Fisher announced the launch of Vision 2025 in an email on Monday.
Fisher announced in his email that senior university leaders will be meeting to begin planning for Vision 2025 on Thursday.
The meeting will give university leaders a place to look back at the values, vision, mission and guiding principles from Vision 2020 and see how these will affect the university going forward, Fisher said in his email.
“This meeting will prepare participants to lead similar conversations with their teams about how our Mission, Vision, Values and Guiding Principles are imbedded in our daily work, as well as what we can all do to support our Guiding Principles,” he said.
Senior leadership will meet with faculty, students and staff throughout the spring to “gather the best ideas that we can to create Belmont’s future,” Fisher also said in the email.
