Forest Fire Gospel Choir is comprised of Will McGee, Nick Fields, Sam Hunt, Will Lynde and Kip Allen. The five self-described best friends for life use their familiarity with each other to create music both they and their fans cannot get enough of.
Only one word can be used to describe the band’s sound, and that word is earnest. Will McGee’s vocals paired with the stunning guitar licks from Nick Fields set the band apart from any group of rockers. McGee’s intense vocal style is reminiscent of Kings of Leon’s Caleb Followill, which perfectly rounds out their sound.

This video is one of three Music Desk Concerts made as part of the Vision’s coverage of Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business’s Best of the Best 2016. While efforts were made to film with all of the participating bands, Country Showcase winner Kassi Ashton was unavailable to shoot a video for the series.
See all four bands take the stage on Saturday at 7 p.m. in the Curb Event Center. Admission is free.
