Day to Dream, Belmont's annual carnival event, looked different this year.
The festivities were held inside the Curb Event Center on Wednesday due to weather.
Plans remained similar with a pumpkin patch, crafts, inflatables and a mechanical bull. However, bigger rides such as the Ferris wheel and zipline were missing.
Students also had the opportunity for multiple photo-ops and listen to music from DJ Kewl Kat.
For people looking for a quieter time, Music Row Promo held student performances in the Maddox Grand Atrium. Students could make clay art and paint pots, canvases or their pumpkins.
Later in the day, students and community members could go trick-or-treating to school offices and student organization tables.
While the day looked different than previous years, students were able to do something out of the ordinary on their day off of classes.
