The women’s basketball team faced the Eastern Kentucky Colonels in the Curb Event Center Wednesday night. Both teams entered the game undefeated in conference play, so tensions were high to see which team would remain undefeated.
The Bruins maintained the lead most of the game and were able to pull out a win, defeating EKU 74-58. The victory pushed the Bruins to their seventh straight win.
The Bruins play their next game on the road against the Morehead State Eagles on Saturday.
