Once again, St. Jude Up ‘til Dawn proved all-nighters and college students can sometimes mix and have good results.
On Jan. 29, students gathered in the Beaman Student Center to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by staying up all night. Students could register as individuals or teams, and the entire event was Olympic-themed.
At the end of the night, the initial goal of $75,000 was met and surpassed with the final count being $83,949.57 raised to go toward childhood cancer research.
Even though the event just came to a close, the executive board applications are already available for next year. If you’re interested, click here for more information. Applications are due by Feb. 12.
