The women’s basketball team prepared for the first round of the NCAA women’s tournament Thursday afternoon with a brief press conference regarding the upcoming game against Kentucky.
“We know what we have to do,” said head coach Cameron Newbauer. “We need to take what we do and try to do it better than what they do. As opposed to just worry about them, we need to make them worry about us.”
Tipoff is scheduled for Friday at 12 p.m. EST on ESPN2.
