The Belmont Bruins fell to Georgia 93-84 in the first round of the 2016 NIT. Belmont’s valiant comeback effort late in the second half cut the Bulldogs’ lead to two points, but a number of mishandled balls and a back-breaking Georgia dunk caused the game to slip out of reach. Playing his last game in a Belmont uniform, Craig Bradshaw led the Bruins in scoring with 19 points.
