On March 15, four members of the history society acted out Act III, Scene I of Shakespeare’s “Julius Caesar” in front of the Beaman, catching glances from passing Belmont students.
The key players met just five minutes prior and quickly discussed the script– then it was show time.
They went out in bed sheet togas.
Vishan Ramcharan played Caesar, DJ Clarke played Brutus, Bekah Reimer (complete with eyeliner-ed facial hair) played Mark Antony and Zack McCann played Cassius.
The spontaneous show ended with Brutus and Antony carrying Caesar’s body into the Beaman.
